Brazil Monte Cristo

Monte Cristo is a naturally processed coffee from the Acaia and Catuai varieties of the renowned Daterra estate. The Daterra farm combines know-how, technology and a passion for coffee. Daterra is Brazil’s first Rainforest Alliance and ISO 14001 certified coffee farm.
Natural processing brings a sweet note to the coffee. In this process, the coffee beans are left to dry and brown on the patio. This allows the beans to absorb a high level of sugar. After drying, the beans are brought out after mechanical processing.
