Addis Abeba is a very dark roasted, high quality organic coffee from Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe. You can taste currants and citrus fruits in this soft and full coffee. The beans are shiny, because the natural oils have risen to the surface during the roasting. The acidity is almost completely gone. Nevertheless, there is a tingling sensation on the tongue amidst the roastiness. Once cooled down, one can find aromas of currants in the coffee.
