Holmen Havana is a special coffee blend that is made up mainly from Cuban beans that grow on the North-East side of the island on the Sierra Maestra mountain area cliffs, in soil that has a very special mixture of sand and clay.
The coffee Holmen Coffee uses is a specialty, because only a small batch of beans from the area is released for export yearly. It is mixed with Bugisu from Uganda that gives this coffee a dry, spicy feel and a tiny bit of Roubusta Parchment to accentuate the strong flavors of chocolate and nuts.
