Holmen Helsinki
A blend of specially selected South African coffee beans – Holmen Helsinki is Holmen Coffees attempt to replicate the flavors of its home. The acidity and fruitiness that is present in Finnish coffees, but with a Holmen twist. The secret weapon is Columbia Supremo: the highest quality Columbian coffee bean, characterized by exceptionally large beans. As an only bean, it is considered a so called breakfast coffee. Supremos sweet flavors of honey and chocolate are joined in this blend by hand picked Yellow Bourbon beans from Costa Rica and Brazil. These give the blend the fruitiness that we love in the North.
The coffee tastes round and soft and is greatly suited for daily use. It has a very low acidity and is very stomach friendly. It is medium-bodied, aromatic and pleasent, seasoned with flavors of grape and citrus and a tinge of honey.
