Holmen High is a rich and varied coffee, produced from a bean farmed in the Waghi valley in Papua New Guinea. The Sigri farm, established in the 1950s has quickly risen into awareness because of their high quality coffee beans. The beans are picked by hand, wet produced and sundried.
The coffees flavor includes the sweetness of apricot, gooseberry and red currant. A fruity, unique coffee.
