Dark roast coffee has more roastiness than medium roast coffee. This coffees flavour profile highlights the notes of chocolate, nougat, and nuts. Even though the bean has been roasted for a longer time, it still doesn’t taste burnt or extremely roasty. Medium-dark coffee has a rich mouthfeel and has a low acidity.
