Medium Roast

Medium roast coffee is located between the light roast and the dark roast coffee. The medium roast coffee has been roasted a bit longer and the beans have been removed from the machine at a higher temperature. This reduces the acidity and brings some flavours that can be recognized from dark roasts. Medium roasts are best suited for people who find light roasts too acidic but feel dark roasts have a too roasty flavour. Medium roast has the best of both worlds since you can often taste the lightness and fruit notes typical to light roasts with soft milk chocolate and nuts typical to dark roasts. Medium roast coffee usually has a light acidity, that highlights the unique flavours of the coffee. Usually, the mouthfeel is soft, rather than acidic.
