The story of Haimoo Coffee Roastery began in the late 2000s, when the world of coffee flavours first captivated its future roaster, Omid Rokhsatzadeh.
His coffee hobby deepened, and soon the home kitchen saw the arrival of an espresso machine and various brewing tools. Gradually, the idea of starting his own roastery began to take shape. In 2024, everything finally fell into place, it was the right time to turn dreams into reality. This is how Haimoo Coffee Roastery was born.
At Haimoo, coffee isn’t approached like an exact science, but as a craft guided by intuition and feel. Every roast is an opportunity to discover new nuances, flavours, and experiences. Roasting is done in small batches, with care and curiosity – just like during those first experimental sessions by the oven.
