Lounge is Makea Coffee’s darkest-roasted coffee. We roast the coffee to the Full City level in 12.5 minutes. It loses nearly all of its acidity but does not turn excessively roasty or bitter, but rather soft and full-bodied. Perfect for all filtering methods and as espresso. The raw coffee is collected from ten different farmers in the Huehuetenango area. We paid 170% of the market price as quality compensation. #apartyinyourmouth
