Decaffeinated, medium-dark roast coffee from Antioqua, Colombia. The Green Coffee Company manages the production of 40 coffee farms using modern technology. The coffee beans are sorted using optical equipment and the handling of each coffee bean is recorded. The caffeine in the coffee is removed by the Co2 process, whereby the coffee beans are placed in a pressure vessel filled with carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide has a special ability to bind the caffeine, allowing it to be separated from the beans, while retaining the coffee’s aromas and flavour compounds.

Dulce Suenos is a suitably intense coffee, with an acidity of coffee berries and green apple.
