A clean, heavily roasty coffee, with dry fragrance that has a crisp caramel scent, with a traces of nuts. Wet aroma is nutty, with honey-vanilla, and just a little maple. The cup has a delicate acidity that gives a sense of refreshing brightness, but low in intensity since this one is very dark roasted. Mexican coffees offer unique flavor combinations, especially when compared to coffees produced in neighbouring countries.
