La Palma & El Túnel Collective
Main Lane Coffee Roasters
Roaster: Sebastian von Spalding
The producers of the La Palma & El Túnel collective rely on sustainable and often organic farming methods to not only protect the environment but also enhance the unique flavors of their coffee. The semi-washed processing method, common here due to the moderate temperatures, gives the coffee a complex balance of bright acidity and full body. The result is a rich, complex coffee with sweet, fruity notes of yellow fruits and honey, as well as a velvety mouthfeel—a cup that reflects the characteristics of the region and the farmers’ diligence.
