Gran Palomar is cultivated with the traditional method of Incas between the Andes and Amazon. It combines harmonically a full softness and refined sweetness. The farming respects the environment and supports the local coffee farmers’ working and living conditions.
The coffee has both the organic and fair trade certificates.
The founder and roaster of Cafetoria, Ivan Ore, is himself from Peru and knows the farmers personally.
