The coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region. This is one of the most important coffee growing areas in Brazil, with around 4,500 coffee producers. The altitude ranges between 1100 and 1200 metres. Natural processing gives the coffee a sweetish hue. In this process, the coffee berries are allowed to dry and brown on the patio. This allows the beans to absorb a lot of sugar. After drying, the beans are extracted after mechanical processing.
