Elias Roa, owner of the Finca Tamana farm, has emerged as a prominent face of Colombian coffee farming over the past decade. Microclimatic growing conditions combined with effective farming methods produce excellent coffee yields. The coffee has a luscious aroma with hints of cloves and nutmeg and flavours have caramel sweetness, with hints of macadamia nut and mandarin orange. In addition to the filter coffee maker, the coffee becomes superbly juicy with Chemex.
