Decaf Kenya AA is a high quality Kenyan medium roast coffee, decaffeinated using the Carbonic Natural method. This coffee is at its best when filtered.

Carbonic Natural® extracts the caffeine, while the aroma compounds remain in the coffee bean. This process requires only a few steps. In extraction vessels, the green coffee is first moistened with water and steam. This causes the green beans to swell and open up their structure to the liquid natural carbon dioxide. The liquid natural carbon dioxide flows into the extraction vessel, where it circulates through the beans and extracts the caffeine.
