Inka Paahtimo roasts coffee orders twice a week. Orders made by Tuesday 8am are shipped on Wednesday and orders made by Friday 8am are shipped on Monday. Posti’s delivery time is 2-4 business days in Finland.
Alberto Martinez is a first-generation coffee producer who bought his La Parada farm about 15 years ago. He cultivates and manages his farm with his wife and sons. This coffee is a complex and intense taste experience. The coffee has a strong anaerobic processing flavour with notes of cherry, red wine and cocoa.
