The coffee is grown in Indonesia’s Java Blue Sunda coffee growing region, West Java, Indonesia. The coffee is the so-called “true Java”, a coffee that is highly appreciated and known around the world. The coffee is produced from the coffee of 500 small farmers in the area, most of whom grow their coffee organically. The smooth coffee has a plummy flavour, orange peel, black tea, spiciness combined with a sweet and delicious acidity.
