Beans are from Honduras, where coffees traditionally have a balance of mellow body, medium-to-bright acidity, and a sweet, often fruity flavour profile with dominant notes of chocolate, caramel, nuts, and citrus.

Haimoon Paahtimo roasts coffee twice a week. Orders placed by 8:00 am on Sunday are shipped fresh from the roastery on Tuesday, orders placed by 8:00 am on Wednesday are shipped on Friday. Posti’s delivery time is 2-4 business days in Finland. For international orders deliveries may take few extra days, please check delivery information from FAQ.

The beans in this batch come from Honduras, grown at an altitude of 1,500 meters. They are hand-picked and washed using a traditional method that brings out the brightness and purity of the coffee. The combination of different varieties makes the end result multidimensional yet accessible.
