This coffee comes from northern Colombia, from coffee producers in the Santander region. The farms range in size from 1 to 10 hectares, and coffee has been cultivated in the area since the 1850s.
The Caturra and Castillo varieties are washed and dried on patios. The coffee is then decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process, also known as the Sugarcane Decaf Process. Ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane helps remove the caffeine from the beans during a process that takes approximately eight hours.

Suitable for both filter coffee and espresso.
