Roaster: Ken Braz
The Hambela Wamena Washing Station was established in 2018 by the founder of Tega & Tula Farms. Its location on the highest peak of Guji Hambela makes it a central point for supplying the surrounding towns and currently serves approximately 3,900 producers. This washing station supports a range of social programs, including the construction of roads, schools, and technical equipment, as well as supporting producers and covering medical costs and supporting women’s healthcare. Coffee in Ethiopia is typically grown on very small plots of land by farmers who also grow other crops. We warmly welcome August63 to our SLURP community with this floral and sweet coffee!
