This is a special roast of the famous Gran Palomar coffee from Cafetoria. The roast master Ivan Ore has turned the coffee into a modern light espresso that offers a very intensive and multifaceted taste. The taste of nuts is pronounced and the coffee receives honey-like qualities. The mouthfeel is characterised by a clear acidity.
Gran Palomar is cultivated with the traditional methods of Incas between the Andes and Amazon. It combines harmonically a full softness and refined sweetness. The farming respects the environment and supports the local coffee farmers’ working and living conditions. The coffee has both the organic and fair trade certificates. The founder and roaster of Cafetoria, Ivan Ore, is himself from Peru and knows the farmers personally.
