Peru FTO is a good example of what can be achieved when many different smallholder farmers work together. Up to 300 smallholder farmers in the JUMARP farming community receive support and guidance from the community to get the best out of their crops. The Organic and Fair Trade certificates guarantee for the farmers sustainable income from the coffee they produce. This fully washed coffee process adds a complex mouthfeel to dark roast coffee to support its nutty and cocoa flavour.
