Dark, intense, powerful – these are the first feelings after tasting this coffee. The darker the coffee is roasted, the more closely Roger’s Coffee needs to follow the roast. Too much flame or a few second’s delay can change the taste away from the desired flavour profile. The nutty and intense flavours of Brazilian coffee are even brighter in this coffee and a hint of currants can be detected in the aroma. This is a coffee that will wake you up and put a smile on your face!
