A washed and long-fermented Bourbon from Finca San Francisco, produced by fifth-generation grower Andrés Salaverría in Apaneca–Ilamatepec. Expect a clean and fruit-forward cup with yellow plum, tangerine, almond and dark chocolate – a refined and expressive Salvadoran washed Bourbon.
