Vipunen
Kirjalan Kahvipaahtimo roasts coffee three times a week. Coffees ordered by 8.00 on Monday will be shipped from the roastery on Wednesday, coffees ordered by 8.00 on Wednesday will be shipped on Friday and coffees ordered by 8.00 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Posti’s delivery time is 2-4 business days in Finland.
This coffee is produced at the Aricha washing station, in Boledu, Ethiopia. Before each harvest, the producer community trains farmers in the standards of specialty coffee. Boledu also pays smallholders above the market price, on the condition that they produce consistent and ripe berry quality. This sweet, light roast coffee, filtered into your cup, will give you a boost for the day! Vipunen is currently the only light roast coffee from Kirjalan Kahvipaahtimo, in addition to their light roast version of the decaffeinated Sariola.
