Coffees ordered by 8.00 on Monday will be shipped from the roastery on Wednesday, coffees ordered by 8.00 on Wednesday will be shipped on Friday and coffees ordered by 8.00 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Freshness is a characteristic of Sidamo coffees, and it’s in espresso form that the coffee’s citrus flavours are at their best. The aromas are concentrated and preserved in the crema of the espresso. The roaster recommends a variety of brewing methods, but the best flavours come out in the traditional filter coffee and espresso, as well as in hand brewing.
