Aeropress Original

For most recipes, a medium-fine coffee grind works best. At Slurp, we grind coffee for the AeroPress finer than for a drip coffee maker but coarser than for espresso—roughly the same grind size recommended for a moka pot. It’s also possible to use an ultra-fine grind, but in that case, the brewing time should be shortened to around one minute. On the other hand, a coarser grind pairs well with a longer brewing time.
