This farm has an experimental field in their farm where they open the space for the main agronomy institute of Brazil to do tests of new varieties resistant to diseases, needing less water to strive and keeping the quality level in the cup outstanding. After many years (decades) of tests, always some new varieties are launched in the market in case they are showing great cupping notes besides their resistance attributes also.
