This time Kaffe Obscura is offering dark espresso lovers an aged, grade 1 Sumatra Mandheling. This coffee is aged for about 18 months in controlled circumstances. The bags have been stored in dark warehouses in the right humidity and rotated regularly. Aged coffee does not mean that the coffee is old. As green coffee ages, its flavour characteristics change. This Mandheling is very low in acidity, earthy and spicy, with a hint of tobacco. It is excellent for milk-based drinks, but also for plain espresso. We hope you enjoy!
