Regalo de Dios means a gift from God. The owner of the estate, Luis Alberto Balladarez Moncada, believes coffee farming to be a tribute to God. His coffee is so good that SCAA chose it as the best Nicaraguan coffee in 2010. He gave all of his Cup of Excellence winnings to fund building local homes and a church to the estate. This espresso roast from Cafetoria brings forth the best sides of the beans pronouncing its chocolaty and sweet shades.
