The Kenya AA Murithi Estate coffee comes to Pirkanmaan Paahtimo directly from the farm. The Murithi Estate has their own coffee processing equipment: peeling, fermenting for 48 h, washing and then drying in the sun. Only the final sorting (i.e. grading) is done elsewhere, but the farm is in the process of acquiring grading equipment, too. The estate has about 12000 coffee bushes and an area of about 7.2 hectares. This coffee has plenty of acidity like that of pink grapefruit, a pleasant sweetness and a rose wine-like mouthfeel.
