We chose Holmen Host, one of our “oldie but goldie” classics, for this Slurp coffee experience, but changed one bean in the recipe. We did this to enhance the softness and complexity of this refreshing aromatic, slightly tangy but sweet coffee we so love. It is so hard to describe a Host in just three words! But when you brew it, try different ways, amounts of coffee, temperatures and you will find more and more tastes in it. Fruity is not always sharp and berries like blackberry can be soft and deep and round. Find the perfect Host to be the perfect host!
