The organic certified farms of the COMICOVEL farming community produced this balanced and pleasant coffee, which we roasted to a light medium roast to bring out its almond flavour and luscious creaminess in the mouth. The community is investing in the well-being of the ecosystem, including clean water sources to ensure high-quality coffee production and organic farming in the future. We made the coffee into specific roasts for both filter machines and espresso to allow for the best extraction. #bileetkielelle
