Inka Paahtimo is a small roastery founded in 2015 with strong Peruvian roots. The range focuses on coffees produced with quality and respect for nature. A self-tuned roasting machine allows for a particularly precise roasting of the coffees. Inka Roastery’s coffee roastery is located in the beautiful Virtakivi Sauna in Voikaka. Their tool is a 5 kilo Garanti brand drum roaster. The roaster is not just a regular roaster since Pamela and Juho have adapted it to better suit the roastery’s needs. Inka Paahtimo sources their green coffee from a variety of wholesalers who follow the same principles: sustainable production and high quality.
Inka Paahtimo roasts coffee orders twice a week. Orders made by Tuesday 8am are shipped on Wednesday and orders made by Friday 8am are shipped on Monday.
