Kahwe’s orders are sent fresh to customers twice a week. Orders placed no later than 23:00 on Sunday are posted from the roastery on Tuesday, and orders placed by 23:00 on Wednesday are posted on Friday. Ika-Hau is produced by a cooperative of coffee growers in the Intibucá coffee-growing region of Honduras.The Cooperative is an organization of small coffee producers founded in 1991 and located in the Cordillera de Montecillos Region, Otatala, Masaguara, Intibucá, Honduras. Their specialty is organic and fair trade coffees. They are Biolatina and FLO-Cert (Fairtrade) certified. It offers the services of wet and dry coffee processing, negotiation of fair/organic market sales, financial support to the member and training.
