Honduras Marcala is a dark roast coffee from Honduras. The coffee is grown by small farmers on the slopes of the Montecillos mountain range, which has an ideal climate and soil for coffee cultivation. The coffee is grown ecologically, without chemical pesticides or fertilisers. Marcala coffee is grown at very high altitudes at low temperatures, so the coffee ripens slowly and the beans are dense. Honduras Marcala is a dark, smooth and aromatic coffee.
