Cafetoria Roastery’s orders are delivered to customers fresh twice a week. Orders made by Monday 13 PM are sent from the roastery on Wednesday and Orders made by Thursday 13 PM are sent from the roastery on Monday. The origin of coffee is Ethiopia. From this exotic country, coffee began to spread to all nations. After travelling to Yemen and then to the Ottoman Empire, it was first introduced to Europe in the 17th century. Ethiopia Genesis is a tribute to coffee, to Ethiopia and to the wisdom of coffee lovers. The chocolatey notes typical for Ethiopian coffee are combined with berry and floral notes in this organic coffee. Overall, Cafetoria Roastery’s Ethiopia Genesis is a pleasant coffee with a smooth character.
