Capricornio
Kahiwa Coffee Roasters
Roaster: Joonas Markkanen
This exceptionally smooth and low-acid Brazilian coffee grows in an exceptionally southern location, beyond the Tropic of Capricorn. Its southern position and cooler conditions pose challenges, but at the same time, they create entirely unique opportunities for coffee cultivation, which the local farmers have skilfully leveraged to their advantage. The slightly darker roast profile of this coffee makes it an excellent choice for crafting espresso beverages or for those who appreciate a dark roasted filter coffee.
