Gran Palomar is the result of a project that Cafetoria started in 2003 with a small group of coffee producers from the central Jungle of Peru. They are proud to have started long relationship with these producers that go beyond Direct Trade since they have established a relationship based on trust, mutual growth and loyalty during difficult times.
Peruvian espresso is not very used in Italian nordic regions, because of its high acidity. However, for Cafetoria it is just a nice challenge to shape the coffee character to an espresso. You will find a honey-like sweetness and roasted nuts. This is an espresso that is not too complex, yet full of flavour.
