Dumerso comes from a private washing station in the Yirgacheffe region, Ethiopia. The coffee grows between 1850 and 2100 meters above sea level and it is picked by hand. The region’s soil is an ideal base for growing, because the ground is volcanic and rich with minerals. The surrounding area’s approximately 700 farmers deliver their coffee to this washing station to be processed. The coffee is washed, dried and carefully inspected in many phases to ensure the best possible outcome. The Yirgacheffe region is well known for its very high quality coffees and multifaceted flavour profiles.
