Alfonso Molina is the third generation of his family to cultivate La Cascada. Half of the farm’s eight hectares are reserved for coffee cultivation and half of the area is a nature reserve. The farm also has a spring, which is important for the water supply of the town of Acevedo. This is a coffee with a fresh and balanced flavour profile. The aroma has spicy, herbal and liqueur confectionery aromas. The coffee has a light herbaceousness and berryiness. The sweetness of the coffee berry adds a fullness combined with the acidity of the blood orange.
