Weninggalih is an extremely rare Indonesian coffee that is not only completely traceable, but also of a very high quality and possessing an interesting flavour profile. It’s the first Indonesian coffee roasted by Turun Kahvipaahtimo, because commonly Indonesian coffees have a plainer, less refined character and do better as darker roasts.
Weninggalih come from the estate owned by Wilda Mustofa from the region of Weninggalih in Indonesia. The coffee grows on the Java Frinsa Estate at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level and all berries are picked by hand. This lot is of the Sigarar Utang variety.
