El Rosario is one of the four farms owned by the Menendez family for three generations and led by Miguel, the head of the family. The farm does all from start to finish: washing, fermenting, drying, sorting, packing and exporting. El Rosario has won several international prizes, including the well-known -Cup of Excellence competition. The Menendez family financially supports programs for the wellbeing and employment of the local youth.
