This micro-lot coffee comes from Delfín Román Chanta’s farm, El Limon, which is located in Northern Peru’s Cajamarca region where high-quality coffee is often grown. The region has become Peru’s leading coffee exporter by value. With clay soil and a day to night temperature between 16-20 Celsius, Cajamarca has ideal natural conditions to cultivate rich, but balanced coffees.
