Kenya Thunguri AA
Pirkanmaan paahtimo orders are sent out fresh to customers once a week. Orders made by 7pm on Monday will be sent on Wednesday. The standard delivery time in Finland is 2-4 working days.
Thunguri is one of the seven processing stations operated by the Kibirigwi Farmers Co-operative Society. Around 1,500 member farmers deliver their coffee cherries to the society’s stations for processing. The varieties grown are classic Kenyan cultivars, SL28 and SL34. The coffees are processed using the washed method, beginning with a two-stage fermentation.
In the cup, this coffee is complex and vibrant, featuring a bright, lively acidity and a long, lingering finish with rich berry notes.
