Light-medium roasted coffee from the Finca El Martillo farm in Apaneca-Ilamatepec, El Salvador, from fifth-generation farmer Andrés Salaverría. The altitude and growing conditions produce a clean and elegant coffee with notes of strawberry, white grape, cane sugar, kiwi, and nutmeg. This coffee embodies both the classic terroir of El Salvador and careful processing.
