Daterra Estate is located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The farm sits at around 1,100 metres above sea level, where the average annual temperature is approximately 25°C, providing ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.

Daterra is a large and highly developed estate with advanced infrastructure. It is divided into 215 mini-farms and further into 2,816 individual plots. More than a dozen coffee varieties are grown on the estate, and rainfall, plant growth and productivity are systematically monitored across the different plots.

Daterra coffees are known for their balanced, full-bodied and low-acidity character, with caramel-like and citrusy aromas. This coffee is roasted in a modern espresso style to a roast level of 3+. In the cup, you can find the sweetness of dried fruit and coffee cherry, complemented by a subtle nutty note.

Daterra continuously develops more ecological farming practices and invests strongly in responsible production. Coffees from the estate have also been used successfully in barista competitions around the world.
