Kettukahvi (“Fox Coffee” in English) is a dark winter seasonal roast from Lehmus Roastery. The richly dark Kettu is made from Yellow Bourbon coffee beans from the Brazilian Fazenda I.P. coffee farm. The dark roast lends the coffee softness, when on the other hand the honey processing brings some thickness and fine sweetness. This dark fox of a coffee is great enjoyed in a wintery urban environment as it is, but also as the base for creations with milk.
