El Salvador Finca El Molino coffee comes from the Apaneca mountain mountain region in western El Salvador. The coffee is picked by hand and dried on patios. After the berries have dried the process is continued at the Las Cruces processing station, where the dried berry is separated and the beans are sorted three times before packing. The El Molino from Pirkanmaan Paahtimo is excellent as an espresso, which offers an exceptionally rich world of flavours.
